- Scope. These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on this website for delivery in Australia, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
- Products. Verliab™ is a personal wellness device, not a medical device. Please read the health warnings in our Terms of Service and the user manual before use.
- Price. Prices are in AUD and include any applicable taxes. Standard delivery in Australia is free. The price payable is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
- Order and contract. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud or a delivery address outside Australia, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
- Payment. Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed securely by our payment providers.
- Delivery. Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes on full payment.
- Guarantee and returns. You benefit from our voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee under the conditions of our Refund Policy, in addition to the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Liability. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Disputes. Please contact us first so we can find a solution. Governing law and jurisdiction are set out in our Terms of Service, without depriving you of the mandatory protection of the consumer laws of your country of residence.
